Goodies Galore!!

A most productive day was had yesterday rumaging and perusing!

Cookbooks, and table-cloths ... a couple of tops for me ... another fabulous paper parasol ... and the best piece of all, an olive green coffee set.

Now I can't wait to use it!! And trawl through the cook-books!! They're super 70's but I love adapting those recipies to make them more "now" (and they remind me of my childhood which always makes me smile).

Today there may be more vintage finds - off to a vintage market at The Corner Hotel ... Vintage Goodies, and beer! A match made in heaven! Fingers crossed for a find!!

Oh this confusing world!!

Ok, so big&little has morphed into odd socks ... much more me ... big& little will continue to post, but it will be used for lovely things that my sister and I make ... Odd Socks will be for me ... to show the wonderfull array of beautifull oddities that I come across and make.

I'm off to visit some oppy's (op-shops) today, so hopefully I shall return with a bundle of goodies and will post them on the next blog.

I will also post a recipe for Lemony Snicket Biscuits ... a choc-chip recipe that I adapted due to a crushing lack of choc-chips in the house. I'm afraid I have no photos to upload of the first batch as they were devoured by my work mates (boys like biscuits!).
